First, just so you know why I’m so adamant, outspoken, and vehement on this issue: I think voter fraud one of democracy’s most heinous crimes, and should be a felony on the first charge, and a capital crime, punishable by death on the second. Nothing attacks our way of life so viciously as voter fraud. Were this case about whites keeping blacks from a polling place, I’d be just as much of an attack dog.
The non-partisan U.S. Commission on Civil Rights just issued a 144 page report on the New Black Panther voter intimidation case from 2008. The report is a strong rebuke of the White House and Obama’s Department of Justice. Intimidation and non-compliance within the Department are illuminated in this comprehensive investigation. To be truthful, I’m surprised that they had the gonads to be so frank, forward, and honest, and I compliment the Commission.
If you’d like to see the report itself, and decide for yourself, go here: http://www.usccr.gov/NBPH/NBPH.htm
The White House and the Department of Justice are ignoring the report. I think we the people should shove it down their throats and up more personal places, where they can’t ignore the discomfort.
It is reported that the Department of Justice blocked their own people from doing a complete investigation, insisting that they do an investigation of charges brought on behalf of minorities, not, for God sakes, against them. Ignoring if a harmed party was a minority or not would be too fair, just, and impartial…something we’ve come to learn we can’t expect from this administration. Is this the “change” you and I want, is this the change all those who voted for Obama expected? You got shafted, folks, and it’s time you fessed up.
Those same civil rights advocates who cried foul all these years only find a foul when it’s against a minority. When it’s against white America, who have, after all, supported the Constitution time and time again in favor of minorities, and who now find themselves being discriminated against, by their OWN Department of Justice.
I, for one, think this hypocritical president and his attorney general should be…no, tarred and feathered is an old, out of date, solution…how about voted out, thrown out, kicked out, dropped in the proverbial grease. They don’t know how good they’ve had it. What a chance they’ve had, and they have insulted America’s trust. It’s time they were taught some humility. It’s time we shoved it to them. It’s hard to read in the light of “where the sun don’t shine” but they ignore it when it’s in their face.
Okay, your college age children want to attend, but so do the children of illegal aliens (up to 35 years old, by the way). So who do you think will get preference? Not yours, just because you’ve worked hard as an honest LEGAL American taxpayer all your life. Not your daughter, just because she’s worked hard to get the requisite grades, and saved her money. No, the illegals will have preference under the so-called Dream Act that the lame ducks are trying to force through congress—they hate your guts because they were voted out, and want to pass the very legislation that made it happen. They want to SHOVE IT TO YOU, and this act will do so. And now that the democrats are on a “cut spending” kick, this new act will only cost upwards of $44 BILLION A YEAR. That’s cutting spending in the eyes of the liberals. But don’t oppose it, or you’re a racist. I think I’ll let the good Lord judge me, and to hell with the compassionista democrats and yes, to hell with the illegals and their kids who want to take advantage of what we’ve all worked for. Your kids go first! When all legal Americans who qualify and want to be educated, get educated, then we can take on the rest of the world. Not before.
Write your congressmen and tell them you’re watching, and the ones who didn’t get voted out in 2010 sure as hell will in 2012 if they vote for this great liberal, vote buying, give-away.
This from the Patriot Update:
Want to know how the lame ducks in Congress plan to “cut” federal spending – which seemed to be a dominating theme of the 2010 elections? They’re proposing a plan to take upwards of $44 billion a year from taxpayers and hand it over to illegal aliens who are in the United States so they can go to college. The plan is called the Dream Act, for Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors, and its critics know it as an amnesty program for illegal aliens. Its supporters say anyone who doesn’t want to spend the money on college subsidies for illegal aliens is “racist.” But policy experts are warning the act is truly transformative and in the end, among other things, would authorize federal loans to literally millions of newly qualified applicants and provide a preference for the children of illegal aliens in state college admissions.
Of course the press reports this as a “teenager”. When the hell are we going to get it. Who has done all the attacks against us across the world. Muslims between 17 and 40, that’s who. The media is a threat to this country because of the misguided compassion. WAKE UP AMERICA. Had he killed 300 with this attempt, it might have made ABC, NBC, and CBS…oh, well, maybe next time.
My heartfelt congratulations to the FBI, for again saving hundreds of American lives.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Federal agents in a sting operation arrested a Somali-born teenager just as he tried blowing up a van he believed was loaded with explosives at a crowded Christmas tree-lighting ceremony in Portland, authorities said.
The bomb was an elaborate fake supplied by the agents and the public was never in danger, authorities said.
Mohamed Osman Mohamud, 19, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Friday just after he dialed a cell phone that he thought would set off the blast but instead brought federal agents and police swooping down on him.
Yelling “Allahu Akbar!” — Arabic for “God is great!” — Mohamud tried to kick agents and police after he was taken into custody, according to prosecutors.

Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill
My opinion of the right and wrong of much of what is done in congress, or attempted to be done, does not come to me from the TV, from mailers, from radio, or from newspapers or magazines…or even blogs like this one. It comes to me out on the street, or in the woods, or in this case on the golf course.
I go out alone a lot to play golf because I’m paired with one, two, or three guys or gals I’ve never met, and have 3 or 4 hours to chat, to pick their brain, to find out what the common man, at least the common man with 40 bucks to blow, thinks about what’s going on in the country. I can’t tell you how many times I’m paired up with retired firemen or policemen.
Let me tell you I have a great respect for firemen and policemen, just as I do our retired military. Most are honest hardworking folks. That said, I also can’t tell you how many times I’ve finished a round with some seemingly nice guys, who are retired from the police or fire departments, with a very, very sour taste in my mouth. 1) they’ve retired in 20 years and are 25 to 30 years younger than me. 2) they’ve retired on full disability, with bad backs, and are out-driving me by 50 yards. Is there something wrong with that picture? Let’s see, 80 percent of pay the rest of your life (40 years in most these instances), or 100 percent if on full disability, and it’s almost impossible for a doc to dispute “terrible” back pain.
These firemen and police men who we’ve been taught to admire, are crooks. Sorry, but there’s no other way to say it. They are stealing from you and me and all taxpayers, for 40 or so years after they retire.
Unions should not have even a toehold in public service jobs. The salaries of the public sector has risen 38% in the last ten years while private sector salaries went up only 10%. In the postal service (broke of course) taxpayers have been forced to fund over 1.75 million hours of union organizing. We pay them to lobby to shaft us? They think the public is stupid, and as “the public” I can’t help but agree…. But it’s time we got smart, and put a stop to the shafting.
Now comes the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill. Do you think, after reading the above, that the police and firefighters unions need an additional hammer to beat you and I senseless?
They’ve already tried to force the bill down your throat by attaching it to emergency war funding, a cowardly anti-American act in my opinion. They don’t need someone to leech off them, they are already giving far more than the rest of us. This bill will force every policeman and firefighter in the country UNDER UNION CONTROL. Unions are already breaking the country, and now that they have us down, they want to stomp us. Don’t let this happen.
Write, fax, email, and phone your congressmen and senators and tell them you’ve been shafted enough. NO to the Police and Firefighters Monopoly Bargaining Bill.
“These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed, if so celestial an article as Freedom should not be highly rated.” – Thomas Paine (1737-1809)

“America’s abundance was created not by public sacrifices to “the common good,” but by the productive genius of free men who pursued their own personal interests and the making of their own private fortunes. They did not starve the people to pay for America’s industrialization. They gave the people better jobs, higher wages and cheaper goods with every new machine they invented, with every scientific discovery or technological advance — and thus the whole country was moving forward and profiting, not suffering, every step of the way.”
“Every man who says frankly and fully what he thinks is so far doing a public service. We should be grateful to him for attacking most unsparingly our most cherished opinions.”
