Obama and the Mexicans | Mexican illegal.

Obama and the Mexicans

By L. J. Martin

First let me tell you that I love the Mexican people.

I’ve travelled well below the border on many occasions and admire and respect the majority of the Mexican people who have wonderful family values and most have wonderful religious beliefs.  The drug cartels are not the Mexican people, but an illgal element that kill far more Mexicans than Americans, and they are distorting our understanding of what Mexicans are and have been for hundreds of years.  That’s the fault of the Mexican government and the United States, for not solving the dope problem in both countries.  Let’s not forget that the Mexicans were in the southwest long before most of us…that said, most are legal productive, tax paying, valuable citizens of the United States, and have been for generations.

I have relatives of Mexican descent, and love, admire, and respect them, and would get between them and one of our Montana grizzlies with only my bare hands should the need arise.  The fact is, they, too, are concerned with illegals and our borders, and they, maybe even more than most of us, admire and love the United States.

That said, let’s talk about illegals and our border problem; a potentially devastating problem our administration seems to want to ignore.  In fact fight our border states to continue to ignore the problem.

When California adopted a bi-lingual ballot it began the gradual downfall of the state, to the mess it’s in today.  Bi-lingual classrooms cheat those in the class who only understand one of the two languages—cheat both Mexicans and English speaking students.  Each get only a half day instruction.  It can never be resolved without encouraging, forcing if you will, the classroom to be taught in only one language, even if it requires intensive English teaching classes prior to the inclusion of formerly non-English speaking students into what should be the mainstream.

There are over 100 languages spoken in California, so bi-lingual is a liberal pipe-dream, but when did common sense ever enter into the liberal equation?

This is America, where English has long been the language of education, of commerce, of elections, of every aspect of daily life.  Italians, Germans, French, Russians, Chileans, Ethiopians, Brazilians, and on and on for over two centuries learned to speak English so they could become full-fledged contributing citizens to the United States, and we should have a Constitutional Amendment to address that issue and many others where the country has gone astray from the sound leadership of our forefathers.

As you may know, I spent the first 54 years of my life as a California resident, so I’m not talking as a Montanan looking south, but as a native of what I consider one of the most beautiful states in the union, and know to be one of the most productive.

Here are some shocking, sobering, statistics:

Remember, these statistics are for ALL illegal aliens, not only Mexicans, and the border problem goes beyond merely Mexicans, and merely our southern border.

Only a small percentage of the Mexican illegals in the U.S. pick our crops, while 29% pick our pockets…they’re on welfare.

A large percentage of all workers in L.A. county (with over ten million residents) are working for cash and not paying taxes, the majority, of course, Mexican.

A huge percentage of all warrants for murder in L. A. are for illegal aliens, by far the majority Mexican.

A huge percentage of the L. A.’s most wanted list are illegal aliens, by far the majority Mexican.

Almost a third of federal prison inmates are illegal aliens, by far the majority Mexican.

A large majority of all births in L.A. county are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal, births paid for by taxpayers.

Over a third of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican illegals.

It’s estimated that hundreds of thousands of Mexican illegals live in L. A. garages.

In L.A. county 5.1 million speak English and 3.9 speak Mexican Spanish.  When I go south to California for the winter, I say I’m going to Mexifornia.

There are 21 Spanish (Mexican) radio stations in L. A.  And I firmly believe in freedom of the press and free speech…this is merely a factual result of the problem, not a problem in and of itself.

Go into most any Sears, Home Depot, or Lowes, in Southern California and the majority of the announcements are in Mexican Spanish.

Over 70% of the United States annual population growth and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York growth results from immigration, mostly Mexican.

These problems are not California’s alone, but hammer at the economic stability and security of all the southern states, and some northern ones.  Mexicans are the majority of the problem, but not the only problem.

It’s time we solved our border problem; it’s time we got an administration who will solve it.

It leads one to wonder if the current administration is interested in solving the illegal, the Mexican, problem, or if they’re convinced that illegal aliens, who vote illegally as the current administration seems to have no interest in identifying via driver’s licenses or any other method, the validity of voters, will certainly maintain past proclivities and vote to retain the current administration.

It seems by this, and so many other destructive policies of our current administration, that the health of the United States is not their priority.

The Mexican, the illegal, problem must be solved.
