Here it comes…the most obscene display of “ugly Americans” in the history of the U.S.A.
According to Phillip Sherwell of the UK’s Telegraph Newspaper, the Obamas are off to Mumbai, India, just after the midterm elections. Of course, no one’s mentioned that he’s off to Jakarta after Mumbai…I guess to visit the school where he got his Muslim upbringing. I’m sure he’s looking forward to bowing to more Muslim leaders in the country with more Muslims than any other!
And I guess Michelle’s two million dollar trip to Paris wasn’t enough for the new world travelers. Sherwell says that 800 rooms have been booked for the trip, including the entire Taj Mahal 570 room hotel. In addition, several American warships have been deployed to stand by in the Indian ocean. In case you read over that quickly, that’s eight hundred (800) rooms in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels. In addition to Air Force 1, two jumbo jets will follow, flanked by American fighter jets. Forty five cars will be utilized by the Obamas and their small retinue of travelers.
Let’s see, 800 rooms? I guess the president has invited all those Kenyan relatives of his, or maybe all those who attended his Muslim school in Indonesia when he was being educated there. Or maybe all those he met when he took his trip, during his college years, to Pakistan, are going to join him in Mumbai?
Somehow I think the Obama’s have a “get it while the getting’s good” mentality?
Slumdog Millionaire is being severely outclassed by the ugly Americans. The Taj Mahal dims in comparison to the Obamites garish display and wanton disregard of an American economy left behind in shambles.
I would guess the cost of this trip to be in the neighborhood of fifty million dollars ($50,000,000.00), which would be fine were it in the U.S., stimulating the U.S. economy. That’s a lie, an obscene trip like that wouldn’t even be fine with me if it were to Tucumcari, N.M. and cost 1/20th that amount.
While the rest of the country stands in unemployment lines, the Obamas will be visiting former American jobs in India.
I hope there’s one good thing which comes out of this trip…I hope while he’s there he’s able to commiserate losing control of both the House and the Senate and comes home to a country that’s no longer in fear of a destroyed economy, a country whose small business people are ready to get back to work and to hiring because they are not fearful of a congress hell-bent on destroying the economy. A country whose major corporations will turn loose of the billions they’re hoarding because they fear the complete distruction of the U.S. economy due to the tax and spend insanity of the current congress and administration. I pray he’ll return to a country ready to wise up and drop him and his fellow travelers in the grease in two years…unless we can find a reason to impeach him long before.

Nov 8
US president reaches New Delhi.
Has ‘private dinner’ with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
Nov 9
Lays wreath at Gandhi Samadhi at Rajghat; visits Humayun’s Tomb.
Meets Manmohan Singh and a a news conference
Addresses Indian parliament
State Dinner.
Leaves for Jakarta.
