From the U.S. Justice Foundation:

Fellow Patriot,

Last week, I sent to you an urgent email about Keyes v. Bowen, our U. S. Supreme Court case that could end the Obama occupation of the Oval office.

I told you the Supreme Court will decide on September 26th whether to hear our arguments and that I needed to raise $25,000 right away in order to continue to prepare our case.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to raise that money. In fact, we are $19,275 short of our goal.

So, I must ask you one more time . . .

Will you please make an emergency contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, or even $1,000 to defeat Barack Obama in the U. S. Supreme Court?

We are desperate need of assistance. We were hoping to raise this money last week. Our attorneys, and our other staff, need to be paid. We have so much research and preparation to do. And we have only a few weeks to do it.

WE MUST raise this $19,275 in the next 4 days.

Let me be blunt. Without your financial help, the U.S. Justice Foundation cannot afford to keep fighting Keyes v. Bowen. We have been battling Obama in court for for over 2-1/2 years on our eligibility cases, and it has almost ruined USJF’s finances.

It would be a tragedy if we didn’t have the funds to win this case before the U.S. Supreme Court. And it would be a catastrophe for America if we had to give up entirely on our eligibility cases.

However, that is exactly what may happen unless we raise this money.

I am not joking. USJF’s litigation fund is depleted. We are spending thousands of dollars weekly on our various eligibility related projects, and we just don’t have the funds to keep it up without replacing the money that we are spending. USJF is in dire straits.

That is why I emailed you last week. I figured that our supporters across America would stand by us and contribute the $25,000 that we needed.

However it didn’t turn out that way, and, now, we face a crisis.

There is no way that we can beat Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., before the U.S. Supreme Court unless we can raise this $19,275.

In Keyes v. Bowen, we are asking the Supreme Court to affirm that the American people have a right to know that candidates for President of the United States meet the qualifications for that office that are outlined in the U. S. Constitution.

If we win this case, the Obama occupation of the Oval Office is over. If we lose, Mr. Obama may go scot-free.

Please make an emergency contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, or even $1,000 to help USJF prepare to argue Keyes v. Bowen before the United States Supreme Court.

We need to raise this $19,275 in order to pay for all the legal research, the “moot court” practice sessions, for staff time, and for all of the other expenses of preparing our arguments in this landmark case.

AND, once we receive a ruling in our other eligibility case, Drake v. Obama, from the U. S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, we may need to immediately start gearing up for a U. S. Supreme Court battle in that case. If we lose that key ruling, we will appeal the decision to the Supreme Court; and,

If we are successful, as we have reason to believe that we will be, in that case, Mr. Obama’s taxpayer legal team will certainly try to block our access to the purported birth original certificate of Mr. Obama that the State of Hawaii claims to have in a special safe, by themselves seeking intervention by the Supreme Court.

No other organization in America has been able to battle Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., all the way to a hearing before the U. S. Supreme Court on this issue. Keyes v. Bowen is the case that could finally hold Barack Obama accountable. This case could change history.

Mr. Obama knows, all too well, that if we win this case, states will have to certify that he is eligible to serve as our President before he can be placed on that state’s Presidential ballot in 2012. And it appears that he can’t do that.

This court case could end Barack Hussein Obama’s residence in the White House.

But only if we are sufficiently prepared to win before the U. S. Supreme Court.

Please make a contribution to help USJF battle against Obama and his cronies and win this case. We absolutely MUST raise $19,275 within the next 4 days!

Thank you and God bless,
